Private yoga tailored to your nervous system, lifestyle, and goals. Whether you're managing chronic stress, recovering from burnout, supporting a child with neurodivergence, or simply want guidance in your practice — we’ll co-create a plan that’s science-informed and soul-respecting.
Group Yoga Session (60 minutes)
$200/hr
Bring NeuYoga to your team, clinic, school, or support group. These will be tailored sessions to support yoga practitioners of all levels. We'll create a session that meets your needs.
